into membership and work with you to keep up to date with
the latest thinking and developments in the profession in
a way which is most beneficial to you.

Online Reference Number Your Online Reference Number
is given above. If you need to contact the Institute about
your application you must quote the Reference Number in
all correspondence. Once your application has been accepted
you will be given a CIPS Membership Number. |

Payment may be made by credit or debit card using
the CIPS secure online payment process. |
|
|
| The
information you provide will be treated in the strictest
confidence. The Institute does not sell or pass on any
information about its members, either individually or collectively,
to other organisations except to authorised agencies for
the express purpose of implementing CIPS services. Your
answers will help us identify a detailed profile of our
members and allow us to develop products and services tailored
to your particular needs. |

Reinstatement If you are rejoining the Institute,
perhaps after a career break or job change, you should still
complete all sections of the form with your updated details
and, if possible, quote your previous membership number
and grade. |

On receipt of your form and payment we will process
your application and confirm your entry grade into membership
of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. Applicants
who are accepted directly into corporate membership (MCIPS)
will be asked to pay an additional sum in line with the
full Member fee. |

|
| If
you do not intend to qualify as a full Member, but wish
to have access to all the benefits and services of the membership,
you will join the Institute as an Affiliate. Please ensure
that you send the appropriate fee for this grade (see payment
form). |
